《盛夏啤酒節》 Lindermans 試喝報告

今天喝的這款啤酒是Van Honsebrouck釀酒廠，所出廠的 Lindermans系列之ㄧ Lindermans Faro-Foundroyante

容量：250毫升

原產地：比利時

酒精濃度：4%

適飲溫度：5-7度

這個系列的啤酒，以果味明確，酸甜均衡著稱。以茶褐色的瓶身來相對呼應啤酒盛裝在玻璃杯中的顏色，泡沫細膩，能將水果的香氣保留的很完整，帶有類似醃梅子的氣味，可惜泡沫的持續度並不久。口感細膩優雅，帶點酸味，微酸微甜，與醃梅子的香氣完美結合，入喉後，尾韻些許微澀，整體來說非常爽口，酸、澀均衡。

Lindermans系列還有另外三瓶，我也很想嚐試看看，希望有朋友能一同分享!
